Refund policy
Here is our return policy for retail order. For wholesale or customized order please contact our customer service team by service@wholesaleplasticenvelope.com.
Steps:

- Email to customer service: service@wholesaleplasticenvelope.com including:
- Order number, the question you want to solve together with the picture of products if necessary
- Our customer service representative will get back to you within 48 hours.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Get coupon or refund
- Tracking number is required to complete the return. It will facilitate for us to track your return status and process your return.
- Take your refund/exchange when the package is received.
Return Conditions:
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Note:
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
